We invest a lot in training. The training period is 4 weeks. This is followed by a continuous on-site training. Our instructors are from the police and the National Youth Service. Some have worked with other renowned companies in the security field; their wealth of experience acquired is very appropriate to training our recruits.

Upon the initial request for employment and intention to hire an individual, he/ she is expected to possess, among other things, a certificate of good conduct from the Police. We certainly perform a thorough background check on each person based on their character from their neighborhood of residence over a period of time, checking the credibility of their references, confirming the probable employee’s credibility with his/her referees. We also dig back, up to the character from the various schools attended.
Our guards are smartly dressed, highly motivated, are certified of good conduct and are thoroughly trained in many security disciplines, including; Interpretation of assignment instruction, access control, industrial accidents, fire fighting drill, self defense techniques, safety and hygiene, first aid, crime detection and prevention, casualty evacuation, customer care, terror and disaster management.
We recruit guards who have passed standard security vetting with a minimum of D+ in KCSE. The guards must also satisfy certain physical and age criteria. This ensures that they are up to the task. In First Aid, we focus on; direct attacks, stand of attacks, sabotage, labor unrest, theft of materials and robbery.
